• Pets are now allowed on the perimeter of the hotel.

Reservations and Annulments:

• For confirmed reservations require a deposit amounting to 50% of the final amount for each type of room, the rest of the sum is paid at the reception accommodation.
• If cancellation of reservation is charged an amount equal to:

1. Free cancellation 8 days before check in
2. 30% of the deposit paid under a cancellation 7 days before date of arrival
3. 80% of the deposit paid under a cancellation on the day of arrival

In organizing company events and seminars abatement. The package prices and the prices at reception include 10% commission for the licensed travel agencies.
